Well, if I have a Canon digital camera, and then open the custom lens when you turn it on. How do I solve this problem, enter without a shop? Thank you.

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually sand or gravel interference with the extension mechanism of the lens. Or, if the device fell to the extender. Either the device is switched on, but the goal was blocked preventing its extension. Or the battery ran with the Extender ...
Here are some things you can do to try to correct it. They seem to only less than 50% error goal to work, but if the unit outside the warranty, it's worth a try:

99% of the time, unless the product is dropped, jumping sand or is otherwise damaged, then put the battery charging is usually fixed it!
